I wanted to share a recommendation for Eurotech, a local auto body shop that provided exceptional service after my parked car was damaged in an accident. My car had a detached bumper and a shattered driver's side door mirror, and Eurotech was able to take it in for an estimate on the very same day. Zander and Dale were personable, answered all my questions, and kept me informed with thorough communication throughout the process. The craftsmanship on the repair work was outstanding, and the overall customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Eurotech if you ever need quality collision or body work done on your car.

I appreciate the response, but unfortunately it does not address the actual concerns I have been trying to get resolved for the past four days. I am confused by the explanation that my messages may have been overlooked or mixed in with promotional messages, particularly when my review was seen and responded to around 5 AM. If the review was noticed, it is difficult to understand how multiple direct messages, texts, and emails regarding an active repair issue were not also seen. I have now contacted Eurotech four separate times regarding this issue, including another message around 4 PM today while the business was still open, and I still received no direct response. More importantly, I am also confused by the statement that there may have been a “misunderstanding regarding the repair expectations.” There was no misunderstanding on my end. The repair was supposed to restore my vehicle to the condition it was in before the accident. The estimate and repair documentation are what I am relying on. The issue is not that I expected you to find a cheaper way to repair my vehicle. This was not about saving money or cutting corners. I chose to have the vehicle repaired through Eurotech fo

Just recently over the Memorial Weekend holiday, I had a deer run out in front of me which caused excessive damage to the front driver’s side corner of my Mazda CX-5. My SUV is almost 14 years old and I went to another body shop that had repaired my car back in 2021 when I was rear ended. I figured they did a great job, so I’ll use them again. Well, long story short they wanted way too much for the repair. The age and mileage of my SUV was not worth the difference in price between what my SUV is worth, and the cost of repairs. So my insurance adjuster, whom had worked at a body shop himself, recommended Eurotech. He told me that every car he had seen come out of the body shop was impeccably repaired. So I gave them a try. Not only did I receive the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, my car came out looking like not one thing had happened to it. Like the collision with the deer was just a dream. I’m throughly impressed with Eurotech and their talented staff. I will be using them again in the future. Thank you SO much guys!!! You rock!!

I took my Volvo XC90 to EUROTECH for repairs after an accident, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, communicative, and genuinely focused on getting my vehicle back to me in excellent condition. Zander was especially great as he took the time to explain everything clearly and provided an estimate that was accurate and fair. What stood out most was how smoothly the entire process went. Zander estimated the work, ordered the parts, and the team executed the repairs perfectly. There were no surprise add-on charges and the original estimate stayed exactly on track. On top of that, they completed everything incredibly quickly, which made the whole stressful situation so much easier. When I picked up my car, I was amazed to find they had gone above and beyond with a complete interior detail. My Volvo looked and felt like new, inside and out. Overall, the service from EUROTECH was exceptional-fast, thorough, and genuinely customer-focused. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

From the first meeting with Zander to a smooth & easy pick up a few days later, I had a great experience at Eurotech. They did a fantastic job repairing & painting the bumper on my Volvo xc60, it looks like new! I'm so glad I went with these guys rather than a bigger shop. They were also several hundred dollars less expensive. Highly recommend!
